This is the worse American airline.The are constantly late, the customer service is really poor ( you feel like you are bothering the employee even when they seem to be free).
The comfort in the plane is not any better. Half the time the entertainment system does not work and the seats don't stay in place... No compensation was ever offered to me with all the inconveniences.
I even asked once a flight attendant and see if i could get credit (in this case the delay of the flight made moss another one) and she said there was nothing they could do, and that i was *** for booking flights with only an hour between them) wtf??American, delta are far better choices so would recommended them.
