United Airlines sucks! Do not fly United! It’s like counting on the Wizard of Oz to fly. My United fights did not connect both ways at O’Hare traveling to Europe. My return interconnecting flight was delayed hourly from 7 until 12 midnight. No explanation, no bad...

My daughter flew to Moscow and had a stop over in Vienna, because of a mistake the grumpy ticket counter employee made at the flight origination, after insulting the previous customer, the ticket wasn't honored in Vienna to fly to Moscow. She was forced to pay nearly...

It is insult enough that your customer service is sorely lacking and that your planes are the most uncomfortable I have ever flown. It is beyond dispicable how you treated that passenger by throwing him off the plane. I will never fly your airline again, have cut up my...

United Airlines

Purchased the $20 full flight wifi service today 6/28/17 flight from DCAto San Fran. It worked intermittent at best. Spent an hour during my layover in San Fran trying to get a refund. NOBODY was able to process my refund. I WILL NEVER FLY UNITED AGAIN.

United flight to Houston in January. My wife and I are handicapped. We had chosen aisle seats across from each other so that we could exit easily. The airline knew that we were handicapped and still moved us to center seats in separate parts of the airplane. I don't remember the flight number and do not expect renumeration.

My husband often has to fly for business and we were disgusted with United Airlines assault on that doctor! What gives you the authority to assault a passenger who has paid for his passage, because you want to give his seat to someone else? This happened because you...

United also has a policy of letting their crews fly in first class when deadheading to a city for a flight, displacing frequent fliers and million milers to middle seats in economy who have been loyal to the airline for years. I have witnessed it myself several times...

Regarding the United Flight of a passenger being dragged off the plane, everyone missed the real point and law of what took place. Yes, there was a ticketing agreement that the passenger agreed to when he purchased a ticket. That was a contract. And that ticket had a...

What right does UAL have to beat up a man for not wanting to miss his paid for flight? Was his wife ill in the destination city? Was his mother dying? If the money offered to make anyone miss their flight was insufficient then UAL needed to increase it until someone...
