I arrived from San Francisco to the Dallas airport to catch ing flight to albuquerque. The flight was to leave at 8:59 I arrived at the gate at 8:49 and I was told that the plane was already closed and I wasn't allowed to get on.
I think that's kind of BS cuz I was there prior to the flight leaving I had to check in luggage nothing they could have opened the door for me. Now I am forced to spend the night in this freaking airport oh and by the way no pods are available cuz you have to have 5,000 missed flights or something like that ridiculous. I either spend the night in this damn airport or go find a hotel which is going to cost me more money this is ridiculous. I was so excited about traveling with United I've never traveled to you before and my experience had been awesome up until this.
Again b*****I'm so pissed off right now and let me tell you your reviews are not going to be good. Ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous.
And believe me I'm going to reach out to anybody and everybody I can find who posted bad reviews and find out if this happened to them as well. How hard would it be to open the freaking door let me in God bless America I'm so pissed

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with a series of serious inconveniences and disruptions during my recent travel experience with United Airlines. These events have significantly affected my travel plans, and I believe immediate attention and substantial rectification are warranted.

**Initial Flight Delay, Disembarkation, and Rescheduling (July 31)**: - Flight delayed, leading to boarding and then disembarking. - Unplanned taxi expense to hotel for a few hours of sleep. - Early 4 AM wake-up for rescheduled flight to LAX.
2. **Tarmac Delay and Missed First Connection**: - 15-minute tarmac delay at LAX resulted in missed connection.
- Inadequate resolution, leading to further waiting for another flight.

**Further Delay at Gate and Missed Second Connection**: - Absence of a gate agent led to an additional delay at the gate. - Missed yet another connecting flight, compounding my frustration.

Unknown charge from Iberia ecommerce through united.com
On Jan 27th when purchasing a ticket through united.com the payment page generate an error and did not accept the payment with my Amex, sending back to payment info page.
For my surprise while checking my status on this specific credit card, I got a charge from Iberia ecommerce in my amex, but I do not have a ticket or receipt on my behalf. I did all through United and none of the airlines seem to be part of One World agreement to be charged through Iberia eCommerce.
The same day I use another card (VISA) for the payment to avoid error with the Amex, and this went through and has a ticket and a receipt from United.com.
In summary I have an extra charge.
Who can help me solve this problem?
The Bank says this is the commerce who needs to solve.
Appreciate your help.
Items missing from my checked luggage.

Dear Customer service:
We were on the Flight from LAX to LHR on June 24 th at 5:15 pm. This flight was cancelled due to
mechanical errors.
We were a party of 5 people (Irfan, Asma, Rehaan, Aarix and Zidaan). The
last name of all passengers is Furniturewala. These were business class tickets.
Our son Amaan Furniturewala was supposed to come from JKF-KEF directly and meet us in KEF.
Irfan and Asma were on Confirmation number L88F6J
Rehaan, Aariz and Zidaan were on confirmation LN7B84
It appears that United gave us the money back for our tickets LAX-LHR. However we lost
revenue on our ticket from LHR-KEF as we were declared no show.
These were on Iceland air,
but the ticket was booked together and part of the trip was on Iceland air. The Iceland air total
revenue lost was (436.70*5=2183.50) The two confirmation code on Iceland air (FI)for these 5
tickets were (3FUXBY and 3G4IBM)
Our son Amaan was on JFK-KEF (on Iceland air and his confirmation code was 4CTRR4). His lost
revenue was $1988.80
Our kids Rehaan, Aariz and Zidaan had a return ticket from KEF-MSP (Iceland air flight
confirmation code 2OEQJS ) and MSP-LAX ( Sun country flight confirmation code NDGE7E)
The lost revenue for these two flights were (3050.20 +618.00)
We were 5 passengers on Business class ticket and United airlines did not have a way to
accommodate us to our destination on time. Our original flight which was supposed to leave at
5 pm was delayed by 4 hours.
After that it flew in the air for 2 hours and we landed back in LAX
around 11 p.m. It was almost 1 a.m and our kids were tired and we were tired. Due to this we
decided to abandon our travel plans. We tried to get cancellation or refund, but unfortunately
did not get refund as all hotels were non-refundable.
Here is a list of our cost and we expect
United to pay for it.
We had a car booking in KEF. Due to cancellation which was inside the 48 hour period we lost
$800.
We had hotel bookings and we lost
1. Park Inn Radisson at KEF 2 rooms , June 25 th 2023 $787.96 could not be refunded due to last
minute cancellation
2. Sif Apartments June 26 th and June 27 th 2023 -$1185.95
3.
Guest house Hvita June 28 th and June 29 th $704 (This was booked directly with the guest
house. Providing credit card charge)
They gave us dinner vouchers for each passenger, but by the time we recovered, these had
already expired.

Total Claim: 2183.50+1988.80+3050.20+618+800+787.96+1185.95+704 +200= $11518.41
I am claiming $11318.41 from United Airlines. Please advise as soon as possible.

If you were on a connecting flight, you were not checking in luggage. The only thing that would have made it the airline’s fault is if they were late arriving.
