We made a quick annual visit to see our grandchildren in Florida. We live in New Mexico.

We paid hard earned money but we were seated separate on our flights. Our initial itinerary had us seated side by side to and from but they completely changed our seating. We did complain to the service desk but they mention they could not do any changes to our flight seating. Sitting by a stranger for 3 hours was very uneasy.

We were not satisfied with United Airline.

We have taken numerous trip to Florida with other airlines and we have always sat side by side. We love that.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

United Airlines Pros: Great time of arrivals.

United Airlines Cons: Bad customer service.

Um, unfortunately I DO have seat numbers for all four of my upcoming UA flights. I do NOT want to fly UA.

But I have seat numbers. So far. Why am I flying UA if I detest them so much?

Long story short: impatient coworker that hasn't been mistreated by UA doesn't want to arrive ONE HOUR later by flying on good airline. With UA, there's a VERY good chance I'll get to tell her, "I told you so." We shall see.

United doesn't do assigned seats. This is made abundantly clear at the time of purchasing the tickets.
