Today at gate C 20 I was really Misstreated by one of your employees
I aproched him to ask only ONE SINGLE question he was pretty rude
Im flying to Sรฃo Paulo soon . And all I wanted was to ask a simple question .
That the nice people from UNITED CANADA Did not know the answer I have a picture of your rude employee. He must b vey unhappy about his job , he scream at me and said that could not answer anything

"ask a simple question" And there it is. This is a sign of a terrible "customer" who is entitled and difficult.
You want us to think this person just flipped out on you because of your "simple question?" I'm guessing you went into your abusing "the help" routine and found out that the game no longer works... Loser...
Maybe the customer was rude and rude first, maybe they genuinely tried to ask a simple question and were met with an unhinged employee. Who knows.
We weren't there.
I do know that one of my relatives is pretty high up the chain at American Airlines and has told me some interesting stories about employees losing it. Sometimes it is due to being overworked and understaffed and sometimes due to, as you put it, "terrible customers".
