You canceled my flight

NO communication, trying ALL day to get in contact with customer service with zero results. I known not A L fault but more should be done to get customer service and let them know when they can get home to family and responsibilities.

Tried to cancel my flight with insurance, could not. Didn't get a refund or credit, really a big time - you need to talk to AIG..

Liars, and just poor excuses for customer service. Hoping this company goes out of business.

I won't use them again. You can't get ahold of anyone, the website doesn't work so they block you with communist stall tactics so they get your money for doing nothing.

Well last fall the representative said I could rebook the flight when I called and that they refunded the baggage and seat claim but I would have to pay for the original flight over again so yes the new flight is $185 no luggage no seat choosing already paid for that so it was OK not as easy as Southwest and I did have to pay an extra 50 bucks to use the original flight. I canceled well ahead of time for you to pre-sell the seats but yes I had to cancel so again I know on United 50 bucks to do anything if you change your flight so I have no beef. I knew the rules.

It took longer than I anticipated to speak with someone. However once connected the representative was extremely helpful and sympathetic to my issue. Also she provided a voucher which offset my loss should I choose to travel with United Airlines moving forward!
